本課程旨在透過帶式橄欖球（Tag Rugby）的學習，讓七年級學生了解各項運動技能原理，展現運動禮節，並具備運動的道德思辨和實踐能力。課程中將應用思考與分析能力，解決運動情境中的問題，並執行提升體適能的身體活動。

準備活動

簡述帶式橄欖球起源：

1. England：起源於英格蘭，Rugby小鎮。
2. Rugby：是英式橄欖球的名稱，也是發源地的小鎮名。
3. 1823 年艾里斯：1823 年艾里斯在學校足球中抱球進入球門得分後而逐漸蔚為風潮。
4. Cowhide & Pig bladder：由一名製球工人將四片牛皮縫合豬膀胱，充氣後成橄欖形狀，作為比賽用球。

帶式橄欖球是後來為了減少身體碰撞而演化出適合男女老少的活動，以「搶帶」替代「擒抱」，腰側兩條帶子任一條被扯下後，就代表擒抱成功，目的是為了阻止對方帶球進入達陣區（tryline）。

學習穿帶

先穿上黑色魔鬼氈腰帶後，再貼上兩側帶子。

In addition, for the promotion of bilingual courses, from 110 to 113, students will apply for a bilingual digital buddy and communicate online with a university buddy from the English Department of Fu Jen University. American college students serve as student companions to lead students to systematically and repeatedly practice English listening and speaking skills. In the summer, the all-English experience camp will be held in Taiwan, where international students will experience life in English with students through games and courses, and at the same time prepare special reports for the forum, and meet the challenges of the stage report with the children.
